Easter Sunday 2026 - And Peter
April 5, 2026
Mark 16:5-7
On that first Easter morning, the angel delivered a message that still shakes the heart: “Go, tell His disciples… and Peter.” Jesus made sure the one drowning in guilt, shame, and regret knew he was still wanted. Still loved. Still called. This Sunday, we’ll look at how the risen Christ restores the crushed, lifts the repentant, and invites each of us back into hope — no matter what we’ve done or how far we’ve stepped back. Where have guilt or past failures been crushing me the way they crushed Peter, and how is Jesus inviting me to step toward Him again? What would it look like this week to respond to Jesus’ question, “Do you love Me?” with renewed obedience, trust, and surrender?
Good Friday2026
April 3, 2026
John 12:1-8, Matthew 26:8-16
It's Friday... but Sunday's coming
On this Good Friday, we remember Mary’s costly act of worship — a gift so extravagant that “the house was filled with the fragrance” (John 12:3). While Judas pretended devotion, Mary offered the real thing. Tonight we gather to examine our own hearts: Is our worship genuine, sacrificial, and preparing us for the hope of Resurrection Sunday? Friday is here… but Sunday is coming. What would the Lord have me lay down tonight so I can be fully prepared for Easter Sunday? Am I offering Jesus true worship, or am I simply going through the motions?
Palm Sunday 2026
March 29, 2026
John 12:9-19
This Palm Sunday we’re asking a simple but life‑shaping question: When I encounter Jesus—am I looking, loving, or livid? From the crowds waving palm branches to the Pharisees plotting in fear, Scripture shows us that everyone responds to Christ… but not everyone responds the same way. As we walk through the final days before the cross, we’ll see Judas’ remorse, the religious leaders’ rejection, and Peter’s restored hope—and we’ll consider what we are doing with the evidence, the invitation, and the hope Jesus offers. What is my true attitude toward Christ right now—am I looking for Him, loving Him, or resisting Him? How am I responding to Jesus’ offer of hope, forgiveness, and restoration?
